Teams:

• ECI Prospects (Senior to be)
• ECI 17’s Select (Senior to be)
• ECI 16’s Prospects (Juniors to be)
• ECI 16’s Select (Juniors to be)
• ECI 15's Select (Sophomores to be)

The Prospects will made up of the top nine/ guys that try out. The Select will be made up of the next best nine/ten guys. Each team will go to the same tournaments.

Coaches:

The teams will always practice on the same days and the same amount of times. The practice times would overlap for skill work with the entire group! We will ask for assistance in hiring an assistant from a group of parents to assure we get someone who fits what the program wants in a coach.

Cost:

There is no scholarship program and you will not play if you can’t pay. $800 is due before the first tournament the remainder is due June 1st.

Each team will have nine/ten guys but cost will be divided by nine and will not be changed. The tenth guy’s fee will be an insurance policy in case someone quits, gets hurt, or if a financial situation arises with their family

Insurance:

The players will be on their own for insurance in case of injury.

Travel:

We suggest all players to stay in the hotel with the team.  All transportation is on the player; Options: parents, yourself (if licensed), team mates, or others in program. Coaches are the final and last option since they will only be taking one car per trip! Each team must have at least one parent helping chaperon their teams trip.

Team Directories

Each parent will be provide a directory with a roster of each team players name and school, parents names, numbers, and e-mail address so they are able to connect with each other on their own.

Board:

I group will be assembled from all the teams every year to help make decision concerning the program. Alumni’s parents are encouraged to remain on the board if they will remain active. Board will have a say in decision concerning teams, coaches, youth tournament, and other fundraising projects. The board will not have a say in who is on what team or playing time.
